“Flex Eco” locking bags are mainly used in marine containers. Flex Eco locking bags are single use and have the patented Flex rotary valve applied.
Use
Flex Eco is used to safely secure loads that are transported in a container or on the road and which are at risk of being subjected to a maximum weight of 9 tonnes. The empty air bag should be placed in the empty spaces between the load and then blown using compressed air. The airbag assumes the exact shape of the empty space and sustains and stabilizes the load efficiently during transport. The air bag is intended to be used only once and is especially suitable for narrow spaces.
Materials
The Flex Eco is composed of a special paper layer, guaranteeing maximum strength and the reduced weight of the airbag. Inside, the Flex Eco is composed of 3 layers of high-quality PE film, which is co-extruded, ensuring maximum seal tightness.
Valve
The Flex Eco is equipped with a patented valve that allows very fast inflation. The valve can be rotated 360 °, which allows the air bag to be inflated from all angles. The valve closes automatically after the inflation.
