Once again we marked our presence at Empack & Logistics Porto, which already has 5 editions. Not only to present our products, but also to listen to specialists in the logistics area, to be aware of national and international market trends and for important networking.

Airbags Cargopak

Our inflatable airbags for cargo transport were what most aroused the interest of those who visited Empack & Logistics 19.

One of the most frequent questions was about the airbag inflation process. It is simple, they all come with valves, which can be inflated in the most difficult and imaginable angles, because they are rotating. In fact for those who work with cargo transport, you know that it is very common that the spaces are sometimes very tight and difficult to access. This characteristic of rotating valves together with our inflation equipment ensures that our airbags have the fastest inflation times on the market.

The Inflation

All the valves in our airbags are patented, which means that they can only be inflated with the guns supplied by us. You also need a compressed air line/compressor that is large enough to reach the inside of the container.

The Handling

One of the most important and also most questioned parts during Empack & Logistics 2019, was the handling of the airbags. These must be positioned, still empty, in the gaps between loads and then inflated with compressed air, a process that takes only a few seconds. The low weight of the airbags makes them easy to handle and easy to fit into place, even in intervals that are difficult to reach.
